He has worked with Michelin-starred chefs and restaurants, making him a master in his craft.

Nish has set the bar high with his exceptional culinary expertise and his flair for Indian cuisine is unparalleled. He has been an islander for the past 4 years and enjoys living with his lovely family - his wife, Littishya Dominic, and their children, Aaron Savie Nish and Ethel Tessa Nish.
