Meet Chen Shen, our highly skilled Sous Chef with an unparalleled understanding of Sichuan Cuisine. In 2016, Chen embarked on a journey to explore the Western culinary world, which led him to graduate from The Culinary Institute of America. Chen then honed his craft at Michelin-starred restaurants, including Marea in New York City and Le Sirenuse in Miami Beach.

Chen's vision is to merge the best features of French, Italian, and Sichuan cuisines, creating an exceptional culinary experience for our guests. He is passionate about sharing his cooking philosophy with our diners, emphasizing the importance of using the finest ingredients and precision cooking techniques to create exceptional flavors.
